Cold Rolling Mill For Aluminum:

This 4 Hi Mill is used to roll down Aluminum Sheets from a thickness of 14 mm to 0.60 mm. We make 4 Hi Mills which can roll sheets upto 1320 mm wide (52"). The Rolls are made of Alloy Steel and have a hardness of 64 HR'C' +. They can be polished to give mirror finish on the sheets. the production levels are very high and so is the accuracy. These mills are fast replacing the 2 HI Mill of older technology all over the world. The drive is through a heavy Gear Box cum Pinion Stand. Roll balancing is through Hydraulic Cylinders. The Screw down system is motorised and there is a trolley to facilitate roll removal.
