We design and engineer high precision helical gear boxes meant  for Rolling Mills & for a variety of other applications in various industries like Cranes and Material Handling, Sugar Mills, Rubber Mills, Crushers, etc.

Range-  Single Stage, Double Stage and Multiple-Stage helical/ spur Gear Boxes from 1-1000 HP Rating.

Construction- The Body is made of Cast Iron or is M.S. fabricated depending on the application. The Pinions are made of high quality Alloy Steel material and are hardened and tempered. The Gears are generally made of Carbon steel. Proper tolerances on center distances and M.O. T. etc. are maintained to eliminate backlash and other manufacturing defects.
